1. Raw material control

1. Advanced process

*Traditional dry rendering: The rendering temperature is controlled at around 140ºC. More flavor substances are produced at this temperature to guarantee the full-bodied flavour. Meanwhile stable temperature also guarantees stable flavour.  
* Quickly-cooling kneading: After it is rendered, the chicken oil is fine filtered and quickly-cooling kneading is undertaken. This process makes the different melting points of the fat components fully mixed to reduce the precipitation and the texture of chicken oil more uniform and fine.
